I have recently returned from a family holiday at the green garden resort which we booked through Tots to travel. My 18 month old son had an absolutely fantastic time and my partner and I were able to relax because the hotel and Tots to travel made everything so easy for us. There are enough toys and activities to keep little ones entertained for hours. The food was really good for a buffet with a special section for children. The only downside was the food timings. Lunch starts at 1pm and dinner at 7pm which is much later than our son is used to and it meant he fell asleep whilst eating his lunch.
We would highly recommend this hotel and we would go back with tots to travel!

This resort has a nice garden and great areas för kids to play. But the rooms are dirty. When we checked in they had not changed the sheets and there were hairs from other people in our beds. The countertops and floors were dirty. They had to come and clean out room again but it was not a whole lot better. The bucket of water used from the second clearing was extreamly dirty. There are smudgy fingerprints all over the rooms and the curtains were stained with wine or blood. It was disgusting.
They did not compensate us but offered us a new room the second day which we declined since I had spent a lot of time cleaning up our room myself the first night. The staff was very ignorant and not at all apologetic about it.
Each room had its one individual hot water boiler. It is 60 liters which is enough for about five minutes of showering. After coming in from a day playing the kids needed a shower but cried from the cold water since it was not enough for our family.
Over all this resort does not live up to the standards of its price range.
