Overview

Situated on a beachfront in Tias and fully renovated in May of 2016, Las Costas Hotel is a wonderful choice for families wanting to be near the beach and other activities. Rooms can accommodate up to four people when the sofa bed is pulled out. Kids will enjoy having their own pool, supervised activities and play area. A game room is also available. Guests have the option of eating at the complimentary breakfast buffet. The Las Costas Hotel is located near Pocillos Beach (0.7 mi), Rancho Texas Park Zoo (0.8 mi), Puerto del Carmen Beach (1.5 mi) and Fariones Sports Center (1.8 mi).

This Hotel represents quality and value for money location central at the start of the strip of PDC .The staff at Las Costas have surpassed themselves once again and a special thanks to Ursula and Caroline 100% customer service and for all their help see you all in April 2020.

Very bad customer service

You need to teach the lady on reception some serious customer service. Her name was Rosa. We were told we could check out at 1pm. We gave the keys in at 12.30pm. She spoke to us In an extremely horrific manner in front of other guests stating that there were guests waiting to check in, check in being at 4pm. I have never been talked like that before and will not tolerate it. Inexcusable rudeness.
