Simply The Best

Nicole, can’t express enough how grateful we are for just an amazing stay. We return to this hotel because it has that special touch which in the main is due to Nicole, her management team and the most wonderful staff. The food just gets better this year in particular exceeded expectations. Customer Service is beyond you literally feel you are part of the seaside palm family . Please never leave here unhappy as they will literally do anything to meet your needs. This hotel literally has everything and there are plenty of beautiful shops and bars in walking distance. I try to travel to different places throughout the year but I could not be without the seaside palm you leave feeling blessed to have found this oasis of calm and beautiful people and food. Thanks again words are not enough had been ill this year and you literally made me feel normal again. Thankyou

Still the best hotel in the Canaries ......

We were back for the 12th time, we have tried other hotels in the Canaries, but none as good. Some are very good, but often somewhat soulless. The hotel, service and food were at its best this visit. We ate in the main restaurant on BBQ nights, La Bodega one night and La Esencia three nights which has matured into a very good restaurant for food, wine and service. As others have said, it is the staff that make this hotel exceptional.
