Home is home

We didn't want to stay in New Orleans so we booked a little farther out from the city, a little farther than we expected but it was fine. We were greeted so warmly at our arrival, and the accommodations were excellent. I've stayed at other Hilton properties and this was the best. We were told there would be a reception from 5-7pm in the evening, but were pleasantly surprised that a nice simple but very good dinner was part of the reception including wine and beer. After the drive from New Orleans, it was so nice not to have to find a place to eat.
The room was roomy and met all our needs. The bed was comfy and I loved the assorted pillows to choose from. I think it was the first time I slept through the entire night in a week. We were greeted by the staff every morning and evening. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who likes the feel of home and hospitality.

First night back in LA

Checked in real late. 1 AM in the moring. Mr. Ray and Mr. James and Ms. Tina in the breakfast cafe . Everyone had a smile on their face, accomadating and very polite. Nothing was too small or too large. Couldn't do enough to make our stay very enjoyable.
Free hi fi , free breakfast and definitely great coffee. Room was very nice and comfortable. enjoyed the stay. wish we could have stayed longer.
