Great location and service. We were in town for Fall connection at Furman. The hotel is very clean and located in the center of the downtown. We can walk to lots of restaurants and other parks. The suit is clean and spacious for a famiy of 5.

Parking upon arrival and trying to figure out where to check-in is an utter nightmare. We had to park in garage and take 2 elevators to get to check-in and then our room. Not one offer of help from staff. They charge an extra $100 fee for "incidentals" that they don't tell you about before you swipe your card and if you are over 35, don't go to the rooftop bar. The average age is 28 and the staff treats you like you shouldn't be there. When we asked the hostess about getting a table her response was "we are full" and turned away from us. Sorry, didn't know the rooftop was for the chosen only. The best part about this hotel was the staff at breakfast and breakfast. There will never be a time that we would waste money on staying at this hotel again.
Yes, the room was clean and nice, but if the entire experience is mostly filled with staff who appear to not want to be there then it makes a hotel lousy. Did I mention the internet never worked for us and they said the problem was us or our phones and tablet?
