Really enjoyed our stay here. While the room was a bit dated and honestly I don't care about the look of a room, I did like the George Washington painting in our room. The beds were comfy and our room was very clean. I always check for bed bugs too and NO issues there. High speed wifi was available and didn't ask multiple times to sign back on. The water was steamy hot to our surprise so you don't need long to warm up the shower. Our car was less than 10 steps from the door. The full breakfast buffet was included in our stay and filling. I really liked that they didn't add lots of salt to everything so you could add what you wanted to your eggs and potatoes. The hotel took us to the Metro station and picked up too so we didn't have to drive anywhere. They also let us keep our car there after check out for free so we could goof around in DC longer. Felt very safe with our stay (just my son and I traveling). The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I will stay here again and recommend to my friends.

After calling 5 times for the airport shuttle to come and pick me up ( each time the front desk told me the shuttle was on its way) I ended up waiting in the cold for ONE hour 15 minutes. The shuttle driver was very nice and told me that they only received one call from the hotel and he proceeded to the airport. When I arrived at the hotel the young man at desk never remembered talking with me. I showed him my cell phone record of my 5 conversations with him and he walked away. He couldn't have cared less. He was busy talking with his friends who were hanging around the lobby. Also, for most rooms you must walk outside and across the road to your room and carry luggage up steps. I HIGHLY discourage travelers to stay here. Rooms dated as well. Never again!! They have changed the name to COMFORT INN as of two days ago.
