Opened in 1912, the Kalispell Grand Hotel has welcomed visitors to Kalispell’s historic downtown for more than 100 years. Through the decades, the hotel underwent a number of ownership changes, and, in 1989, received an extensive renovation. Today, the property features 40 rooms with private baths, each with free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. There are a number of guestroom styles that would accommodate a family of up to four. However, for larger families or additional space, book the family room, which is a two-room suite. The first room contains a king bed, while the second room comes with two full beds. Plus, each room has its own TV. Families also will love the hotel’s “kids stay free” policy, as well as the complimentary continental breakfast. Each afternoon, guests also can enjoy fresh-baked cookies and just-popped popcorn. This pet-friendly hotel even offers homemade treats for your furry family members.

This is a very well maintained historic hotel that has been updated with all the modern amenities that you will need. Never mind the free fresh baked cookies and popcorn. Also pet friendly. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and accessible.
Be aware though, the Steak House within the hotel is actually an asian restaurant. HMMM!

I stayed here for a week on a work trip. This place is centrally located, has free parking, nice rooms, a nice breakfast in the am, and is a great price. I stayed for 4 nights and it averaged less than $120 a night with taxes. Will stay again.
