This hotel has a warm and friendly staff
Who never failed to greet us whenever we saw them.
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I would mention the stains and small tears on furniture as a problem but there is a renovation scheduled very soon.
WeAsked for housekeeping on the middle
day of our 4 night stay. Nothing more was
done than to replace the towels and make the beds; toilet rolls, paper towel and dish soap were not replenished.
Breakfast was disappointing. Staff could not keep up with demand on several mornings. The food was of an inferior quality and poorly prepared. Quantities and quality of fresh fruit or fruit salad were poor and looked as though it had been left
Out too long. Coffee was terribly weak and not hot whenever I tried to get it.
In all, I would stay here again for the great location, access to parks and local attractions, but after The renovation and I will likely cook my own breakfast (which reduces the over all value of the hotel).
