Everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Each time I asked for directions to a different location, they knew exactly what I was talking about and how to get there. Helpful with WIFI connections, Breakfast was good, hot and fresh

Excellent hotel with superior service

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I was visiting for a weekend. The location was close enough to Vanderbilt University by car, but not in the middle of noisy downtown. Also close to good shopping, excellent restaurants, and a spinning studio (KrankFit).
