Originally made reservations at the Country Inn & Suites next door, but they were overbooked and did not honor my reservations. The only room they had left was a handicapped room closest to the check-in desk. My room was clean and breakfast offering was great.

The staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is what is to be expected from a Holiday Inn and the rooms are clean and updated. I have traveled to this hotel for the last several years for a few weeks a year and never had many issues. During my recent stay I was not a big fan of my current room location, room 120, as the light outside of the hotel cannot be blocked out by the curtains. After spending 10 minutes adjusting the blinds I just accepted the 24 hour daylight strip of light shining into the room. For me this caused some sleep related issues as I prefer to sleep without a nightlight. The internet speed was extremely slow for streaming. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with the internet speed as dial-up might be faster. If you do stay at the hotel and need a laugh take a look at the fire alarm next to the check-in counter for the most secure password on the planet post visible on the wall for everyone to view. This does bring up some concerns for security; however, I never have had any issues in my multiple stays at the hotel.
