The Sheraton Memphis Downtown Hotel overlooks the Mississippi River and is comprised of two sparkling towers: one with 14 floors and the second with 19. Traditional rooms offer a king- or two full-sized beds. Upgrade your room by requesting a river view, deluxe room, deluxe corner room, a Sheraton Club Room – that gives you access to the club on floor 19 offering small plates throughout the day – or a hospitality suite. All rooms come with a flat-screen, a mini-fridge, free Wi-Fi, free bottled water and in-room Starbucks coffee.
The property has an onsite restaurant and bar. The fitness room is large and kids will love the indoor pool.

I stayed at the Sheraton Memphis Downtown and during my stay I recieved many insect bites, I am no bug expert but I know I got them form there. I took a nap with just my underwear and my right leg was lunch for the Sheraton's bug. they will not own up to the fact that, that big hotel have infested rooms and this have caused me major headaches, time and money. They wanna sweep me under their mattress like they do their insects

We’d had a lovely 3 nights at the Hampton Inn just off Beale St and transferred here as part of our American Queen package for the Mississippi week’s cruise. The hotel is cavernous and is just in satisfactory condition throughout. Rooms are spacious but tired. Reception staff do their job but without the personal touch and faked to give any information at all eg. breakfast, where the lifts are etc. Breakfast was served in a large Ballroom and was adequate as we arrived early. Later arrivals had to sort out seating and place settings from the used ones left which were not cleared frequently or with speed. Asked for a later check out as we can’t board the ship until 4 pm and my travel partner was struggling with a migraine and could only be given an extra hour. As a newly accredited Gold Elite member, I have been very disappointed by the poor standards here and the lack of enthusiasm or warmth from staff. I’m wondering if the hotel is about to close as there doesn’t seem to be any soul here despite it being in Memphis.
