No heat in room!

Lady at check in did not make us feel very welcome. She stopped the other people in the lobby to talk with them while checking us in. They do not accept cash, so make sure you have a credit card because they put an addition $50.00 hold on your card. The room was very clean but the bed needed a new mattress. The temperature went down to 32 degrees and our room had no heat.

Me and My Fiance was here for the holiday visiting family. When we got to the Sonesta the Customer Service Personnel was very warming in welcoming us in and explaining to us about the breakfast in the morning. The lobby was very clean and tidy. The suite that we had was up to date and was very clean and tidy it felt like a home away from our home. I would definitely recommend other family and friends to stay here.
