Ripped curtains, toliet didnt flush, bathtub drips all night long
Called the desk and was told someone would be right up...no one ever showed. The breakfast had no meat and was pretty slim pickings. Awful

Good, bad and ugly

Here’s the good: very friendly front desk staff. Room very clean and comfortable. Mid-range affordable. They allow pets — add a cleaning fee of $25 per.

The bad: first floor rooms very noisy. We could hear almost every move of upstairs guest. This is certainly owing to fact that floors not carpeted.

Ugly: the Inn is located in a part of town that is absolutely deserted at night. It feels very sketchy. My wife said she would not stay here as a woman traveling alone. Yet, we never felt unsafe. I honestly did worry about my car being broken into (it wasn’t) and moved it several times to a more lighted area. There were a few young people sitting outside rooms or in common areas smoking weed (it’s legal in OR so not really a problem unless you can’t handle that sort of thing). Saw one multi-passenger van pull into the parking lot and five people got out with their fast food meals in hand, headed for a second story room where they knocked loudly on the door several times before they were admitted. Don’t know if they were all staying in the same room but they were certainly congregating there. There was a guy sitting in his idling truck in the parking lot for some time; may have been waiting for someone.... Again, want to emphasize that we never felt unsafe just sort of “out of our element.” In general, we have a policy not to stay in hotels where doors open to outside (guess you just learn more about your fellow guests than you really want to know), but they take pets and the rooms are clean. However, between the noise from upstairs and worrying in general, not a completely restful night. We stayed because they accept pets. Would not stay here otherwise.
