I stayed with a big family group at a Club Med for the first time and I recommend it, would go back. The scenery is beautiful, the hotel is over a cliff and the beach with a bar at the bottom that you can easily access down some stairs or with an elevator followed by a walk across the cliff over a nice path.

The service in general is outstanding, everyone is always kind and attentive to anything you want, food and drinks are always accessible with lots of options and variety of menus.

The room and installations are great, WiFi could be a little bit stronger although I managed to do everything I wanted.

I really enjoyed all the activities Club Med offers from sports to night shows and live music bands, there is always entertainment for every time of the day.

GO’s are great always proposing activities / sports to do, this surely makes a difference with other all inclusive options. A special mention to GO’s Mateus Rocha and Renan Willamy for all the quality time we spent together, always with great attitude waiting for us with good humor and a great plan to do until the very last day.

Overall, it is a place it worth to visit. Trancoso is very beautiful and the beach very special. The hotel is nice and offers a lot of entertainment for the whole family and it is well organised. The rooms are big and well decorated.
Nevertheless, we think the food may improve (there was variety, but not so tasty) and this hotel is a little bit overpriced for what it is offered.
