We had a great break. First impression was that reception needed a significant bit of tarting up. The welcome was warm, and staff were professional and helpful. Our accommodation was ok, it would have been nice not to have steep stone steps up to the kids bedroom. Cleaning was great. Walk to beach was short and picturesque. Food and drink was fine, great variety. No major queuing. Pool and beach areas were fab. Children enjoyed their entertainment. Balcony door lock did not work, it took two days for a repair to be attempted, it failed and no-one let us know what if anything was happening and no-one returned to repair it again. Our club med telly channel didn’t work, again it was reported and nothing happened. No communication and it was never available, which meant we probably missed out on stuff due to lack of information. We didn’t allow these issues to ruin our holiday, we enjoyed ourselves, We loved the pools and the beach and the amenities there. We will definitely try another club med resort.

The food is average at best...If you are not arriving on a Friday so No club Med welcoming, no explanations regarding activities.
Our room was new and clean, the location itself is very nice but no GOs were to be found..no AGADOO. Also, we came with a 1 year old baby that went early to bed, so the fireworks near our room (due to the rain) was a bit unpleasantness.
