Rooms are very small. Food was not very diverse and seems to be on the cheap side in terms of Ingredients and variety. You need to walk 150-200 meters with stairs to get to the snow or take a shuttle All evening entertainment is in French. Staff is very nice and helpful and did their best to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

Whilst booked this through Secret Escapes, this Hotel was truly outstanding. The hotel was easy to find, in a great location (High Up and Near the Ski Lifts), You could walk out the doors and up a few steps to the Ski Lift, Ski back down to the Hotel.
A Buffet is Available for Breakfast and Dinner, they Open for Lunch and will even provide you with a Packed Lunch (You can make it yourself at Breakfast and add the extra goodies provided). All the food is included along with a Ski Pass and the Ski Hire (Also Included) is located inside the hotel !
Reception Staff (Well actually All Staff - Ski Hire / Restaurant / Entertainment) all very friendly and spoke English very Well (Certainly better than my French)
Buffet Food was outstanding with a good choice of foods for Adults and Fussy kids, They had Chlidren Entertainment and Play Areas, There was a number of services for kids too, They had Ski Guides on hand if you wanted, Great Wifi, etc.
The only negative is the rooms are small, but you are not going to a hotel with as much to offer as this one to sit in your room. Outside of your room everything is all laid on and plenty to keep you amused.
Truly a remarkable venue
