Sometimes it’s the little things that sets a place apart. On the face of it, Autumn Breeze is a standard family hotel in the midst of a New Hampshire ski town. But it also happens to be full of thoughtful details that feel like a breath of fresh air-fridges stocked with free water, soda, and juice; coffee makers and wine glasses in the rooms; real cotton bedspreads on comfy mattresses. And of course, there is the friendly innkeeper who bakes muffins and leaves hand-written notes for guests.

The Autumn Breeze is located in the center of North Woodstock, walking distance to shops and restaurants, and a short drive to Loon and Cannon ski areas, as well as the Flume hiking trail and Franconia Notch State Park. The motel also has ski storage for those who bring their own; and pets are welcome.

Cute, clean and homey, this is a very well managed motel

Is it the ritz? Nope. But great for its price point. It was very clean, comfortable and well appointed for a motel. Microwave, 1/2 fridge (complimentary stocked with soft drinks), coffee/tea and service for 4 dishes/plates/silverware with a 2 seat bistro table. 2 homemade cookies were left in the room on check in, was a nice touch. Its location in the center of town was ideal, walk to everywhere. Next door to a small market as well. Can see why this little motel is always booked, such a nice place to stay in the area without breaking the bank.

Ann was so welcoming and friendly. Our room was spacious, warm and clean. Radiant heat is a nice touch. The towels are the best! soft and luxurious. And muffins waiting for us, which tasted so good after being out hiking. Beds very comfortable. Loved Ann and Autumn Breeze and hope to get back again soon.
