Each room contains a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Kids will love cooling off in the outdoor pool, while parents will enjoy soaking in the indoor hot tub. Other amenities include free Wi-Fi, complimentary coffee in the lobby, fitness center, and laundry service. The onsite restaurant, Burger Theory, serves a reasonably priced breakfast buffet, complete with Texas-shaped waffles. It’s also a great place to grab lunch and dinner.

Many of El Paso’s top attractions are within a short distance of the Holiday Inn. The Wyler Aerial Tramway is just 15 minutes away, offering spectacular views of the city, the Rio Grande, and over the border into Mexico. Great hotel. Awesome staff.

Clean hotel. Restaurant/bar in the lobby area with good food and drinks. Breakfast staff is great, especially Iris and Vera. Awesome ladies! Good location. Close to shopping malls/restaurants/bars. All of the hotel staff, from housekeeping ladies to front desk personnel, is what made my stay a very enjoyable one. Special thanks to Astrid at the front desk. She’s amazing. She always welcomes every guest with a smile and is always there to help you with whatever you need. This hotel is very lucky to have her working there.

1 night stay

I stayed here for one night before catching a flight out the next morning. The airport was a quick 5 minute drive which made the location ideal. At check in, I was greeted as a Spire Elite member (75 nights or more per year) and told that I was the only one that day on Property. Which means absolutely nothing. I was given 2 breakfast coupons for full Buffett. I told the front desk agent that I had to leave at 430 am to catch a flight and wouldn’t be able to use them. I asked if I could have drink vouchers instead. I was told no.

Ordered food at the on site restaurant (sat at a table since bar was full). The burger was made wrong. I would’ve told the bartender but she never came over to ask how the meal was.

Overall, good place to stay for a night, but that’s about it.
