very nice hotel...good customer service

my wife, daughter and I stayed at this hotel last week and had a great time....the staff is very helpful & friendly...the bar is very lively in the evenings but doesn't impact the rest of the hotel (except maybe parking)...

we stayed in a suite (rm#217) and it was very quiet & clean...view of mountains...shower was excellent...room was very big

a little walk to actual downtown Ketchum

even in the off season, it was not inexpensive

we would stay again but we'd also like to see a couple of the other hotels right in downtown

It's hard to say just how much I enjoyed our stay at Knob Hill in Ketchum! It was fantastic! The architecture of the building makes you feel like you're not even in a hotel. Everything is clean, tasteful and it even smells amazing! Rooms are spacious and provide the best accommodations paying close attention to special details that make you feel pampered as their guest. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The restaurant there is incredible as well! The food was fantastic and, again, the atmosphere just perfect and wait staff attentive and friendly. I had such a great time there, we wished our stay had been much longer and we hope to come back!! If you planning to go anywhere near Boise...do not miss an opportunity at Knob Hill, you won't be sorry!!
