Recently while visiting Waikiki we met a couple ( Bennett and Rani) while out having drinks one night. They told us that they worked at Swell, Alohi Lani and raved about the food,atmosphere and how much they both enjoyed working there. They were very excited about the new renovations and menu and invited us to visit them for Brunch. Due to their excitement we could not pass on this recommendation.
Swell did not disapoint. We were greeted by both Bennett and Rani who then introduced us to their Manager. The roof top lounge was beautiful with amazing views and comfortable seating. We enjoyed one of the best brunch buffets I have ever had and then were invited to enjoy their beautiful pool for the afternoon.
We had a great experience and were so pleased to see young people so happy to be part of a team. Thank you Bennett and Rani for exemplary customer service, we will definitely be back when we return to Waikiki.

Check in was very smooth, there was occasionally a wait for the elevator but it wasnt bad. Check out was also very smooth and they kept our bags for us for several hours until our flight which was fantastic! The only complaint I would have is that on our 2nd or 3rd night our battery in our door lock died, which locked us out of our room for about and hour. We had gone out to grab dinner and were headed back to eat it on our balcony when the battery died, so we were stuck with dinner and no room. We decided to eat it in the lobby and were asked to move because we had outside food too close to their restaurant. Other than that though we had a fantastic stay!
