All I can say is WOW! This company excels in customer service!! We Had to evacuate 26 assisted living residents due to Hurricane Dorian. The storm moved so slow and was so inconsistent, making it difficult to give the hotel a definitive date as to our departure. That didn’t matter to them. What mattered is that we were safe. They expressed that to me many times! Upon arrival, we were greeted by several team members asking us if there was anything they could do to help. They even made fresh chocolate chip cookies for our residents, as they knew this was a tough time for them. Our rooms were perfect! Very clean! We commandeered their common area the entire time we were there. Breakfast lunch and dinner. They baked cookies fresh for our group daily. I mean, just WOW!! We took over the pool and conducted exercise class for our group. Played bingo in the common area. They even allowed us to use their kitchen to cook for our residents. You cannot find a better place than this! We were so fortunate to have contracted with this hotel. Thank you guys for all you did! Especially Daria, the gentleman at the desk at night (god bless you and all the phone calls you received), and the wonderful housekeeping staff who never stopped asking what they can do for us!! We will never forget this! For them, it was a hurrication!!

Our mother was one of a group of residents from an assisted living facility in Vero Beach evacuated to Tampa due to Hurricane Dorian. The hotel staff went above and beyond in making the elderly residents feel comfortable and welcome. All the wonderful staff at the hotel helped to make their stay there a good, fun experience. The rooms and beds were very comfortable, the outdoor pool sparkling. Well done.
