Comfortable Stay

I enjoyed my stay at this this hotel during my business trip. Very nice and professional staff. Special thanks to Micheal and Harris for their outstanding help and support.

Room very clean and has iron, iron table, coffee bar, etc.

Very disappointed

Even after confirming with the desk clerk that my room was a 2queen suite it wasn't. We had to go back down to correct. The only light in the suite was 2 sconces between the beds. Couldn't use the desk or sitting area because no light at all! No mirror other than the bathroom making it difficult for 3 people to get ready. No kpods for kureg, went to the desk and were told it's hotel policy to NOT refill after the first night. Finally, didn't get my mobile checkout statement. With so many hotel choices, I will not be staying here again.
