Second visit, this room was a lot better

Stayed on the 5th floor last time and this room was really quite nice. Last stay I was on the 6th floor and to be honest that wasn’t a great experience (small, dated and the heater didn’t work).
Unfortunately this time the main heater again wasn’t working, I contacted reception and they ended up bringing a portable heater up as it wasn’t an overly warm night. Good service there. The only other gripe was both of the TV’s didn’t have many channels and the picture reception/quality was very poor. Bad enough for me not to be able to watch it. Other than that a nice sized room, big clean bathroom and a nice view. Thanks

Great hotel facilities, very poor rooms

Hotel has great facilities but was let down by the rooms, mould on the curtains, stains on the carpet and a horrible noise anytime the water was used in our room and adjacent rooms. The bathrooms could also do with a upgrade as there is water staining In the bathtub
