We started our trip off on a bad note, I had emailed the hotel prior to ensure all our bedding configurations were correct rather than going through the travel agent who we also told our requests to, thinking that if I email the hotel direct they are sure to get it correct. Well they got it very very wrong, out of 6 rooms 4 of them were set up incorrectly. This was really frustrating as some people were too polite to ask to change and just suffered through the week with bedding that was not ideal some sharing with there kids etc.
The food was ok, I personally hated the buffet we went two nights and I thought the food was terrible for what you pay.
The Italian food was really good, however the service was a bit slow, like we got our meals before our drinks came out and we asked for water several times and didnt get it until we had all finished our dinner.
The Japanese was good.
The Wiked Walu was awesome the seafood was amazing!!!! Good service loved it here.
The In Room dining was also really good! I liked this food better than some of the restaurants so if you feel like dinner on your balcony this is a good option.
The kids buffets are pretty good, however you need to feed your kids separately from where the adults eat, so works out a bit hard if you have real little ones as you pretty much need to get a nanny while the adults go to dinner ( not a problem for me) But others in our group would of preferred the kids be able to eat there meals with us.
The kids club seemed good for the older kids, and the nanny service was good for smaller kids and very reasonably priced.
The pool was good, swim up bar was good, drink prices about $16 FJ for a wine or beer and up to $30 fj for a cocktail.
All the staff are very friendly and very helpful.
The rooms were ok, I didnt have a problem with them like some people mention, a little bit of a lack of storage space to put your clothes away but other than that they were nice enough and made up daily.
We went with a big group so it was a really great place for a big group.
Lots of people went snorkeling which was really cool!
We had a bonfire down on the beach organised by the hotel which was awesome fun! Thanks to the activities guys for that very fun!
The gym is really nice, they also have tennis courts and a little play area for kids and table tennis, and snooker.
One other thing that annoyed me a bit is there is a bar upstairs and all my friends were sitting in the upstairs bar and I was starving so I went downstairs to order a pizza and brought it back up with me and I was told I was not allowed to eat upstairs, well I told them I wasnt moving as all my friends were up here and I wasnt going to sit on my own, not sure for the reasoning behind not being able to eat at the up stairs bar, seems a bit silly as long as I am purchasing their food.
And the other thing that was annoying was they ran out of beach towels so when I went for a swim with my daughter we just had no towels, surely the can purchase some more towels to ensure everyone gets a towel to swim this seems like a very easy fix for something pretty annoying to guests.
All in all good for a big group and enjoyed our time and I believe the resorts reflect the price we paid, like most people said don't expect 5 star maybe 4 star.

We returned to the Warwick after ten years. The grounds were beautiful, just as we remembered. The rooms we were initially given were very disappointing. We are Warwick loyalty customers, returning customers and had booked 10 months prior. We knew they were garden view but it was mostly car park and a roof. After requesting politely we were moved a few days later to a much more interesting outlook. To be fair I don't think Flight Centre forwarded our loyalty details.
Previously our loyalty card had carried extra benefits but after ten years these don't exist.
My wife was not impressed with the cleanliness of rooms, especially bathrooms. I just found them somewhat tired.
Breakfast was very good and there is now an adults only area. We found eating in the restaurants cheaper and much more pleasant than the buffets.
The staff are always friendly and helpful. The adult only pool is very relaxing and I had quite a few swims in the ocean. I was able to use my underwater camera to capture shots of tropical fish in waste deep water. There are sea snakes in this area but they seem to be very shy.
My wife had a spa treatment at the resort but was unimpressed as she listed allergies on the form which was ignored resulting in an asthma attack. The power also went off many times during the massage due to renovations to the roof and she complained the lady giving the massage coughed a lot which gave her a cough.
Overall we enjoyed our holiday but we were a little disappointed in the rooms.
