My family and I returned to this hotel to attend a wedding. We had previously stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed it. This time round was also great. The staff were helpful, friendly and our room was clean.
Upon checking out we decided to pay for our room charges with a different credit card than we had given when checking in. We were assured that the deposit taken on our original card would be refunded within 7-14days. That was the 29th of September....it is now the 12th of November and we still have not had that money returned. I have called the hotel numerous times from Australia as well as email two different “managers” and still no resolve. We have essentially paid twice for our room charges and this seems to be at the bottom of the priority list for management to rectify.
It is extremely distressing to me as I have now been out of pocket over $400AUD for 6 weeks instead of the guaranteed 7-14 days.
I find this highly unacceptable and am now at a loss as to what more to do?!
I am sad to say that I will not stay here again nor will I recommend it for anyone else. It now doesn’t matter whether the hotel was good or not as they clearly are terrible at account keeping and customer service and that is far more important than a clean room to me.

The hotel room was dated and the bathroom very small with a shower over the bath making access difficult. Porters were very good and check out desk also good. Check in clerk not genuinely friendly. Airline check in an excellent asset. Over priced taxi fares when Denarau much cheaper 5 mins away. Noisy surrounds after coming from the islands.
