Overview

Right next door to the Oxford Suites, the Oxford Inn offers a variety of complimentary services, including buffet breakfast with Belgian waffles, Wi-Fi, parking and airport shuttle. The hotel also features a seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub, fitness center and guest laundry. No onsite dining, but nearby restaurants include El Mirador (right next door), Bob’s Burger and Brew, Olive Garden and others.

The property offers 95 rooms, and all include a microwave and mini-fridge. For space, they are a bit more limited for families than the Oxford Suites. The best option is the Studio Double Queen Suite featuring two queen beds. The Studio King includes a king bed, and the Extended Stay Queen Suite includes one queen bed, a kitchenette and sitting area. Cribs are available on request, and adjoining rooms are available. Just outside the hotel, the Yakima Greenway trail provides walking and biking options, as well as access to a nearby playground.

Great staff and nice place.

Great place, it was clean and the room and the bed are comfortable. The river view is nice as well. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I will be returning to this place on my next business trip to Yakima.

Plain, basic hotel

This is a very basic hotel for travelers. There is a pool and hot tub but it is outside and covered. There is a small basic workout room. The hotel sits on the Yakima River which flows behind the hotel which is very nice to look at but they really don't take advantage of it. A big weakness is the rather sad breakfast consisting of the usual bland turkey sausage patty, cereal and the usual left over sausage and gravy biscuit. Breakfast is a big let down. I can't give it anything more than 2 because of how poor the breakfast was.
