Buisiness trip

Excellent hotel. Very friendly staff. Very accommodating. Kumarie was an awesome housekeeper. She did an amazing job. I definitely look forward to going back. The bed was super comfortable and the balcony view was awesome.

Great location, staff and hotel room

We arrived this past weekend and got into Manhattan a little earlier than expected - the staff (Ryan in particular) did a great job in allowing us to check-in early and provided us with everything we needed throughout the trip. The staff helped us with all our requests promptly, and made the trip memorable by helping passing on a gift to one of us sent to our hotel room by a friend for a birthday. The hotel room was a good size for Manhattan, and was clean and modern. Location was excellent, as it is close to tonnes of shops, restaurants, a short walk to the subway (5-10 minutes), and right on bus lines. Our trip was excellent, and we would definitely come back again on our next trip to New York City.
