Located in the lobby of the Edelweiss Hotel, this is the most upscale establishment in Taos Ski Valley. Do not be intimidated, 2-year-olds will be more than pleased. There is a kid’s menu, plenty of high chairs and even crayons for coloring. The chef was recently voted Best New Chef by “Food and Wine Magazine.” Open for dinner daily at 5:30 p.m., with an abbreviated apres ski menu from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m.
