Kudos to Kindness

We love staying at this hotel - staff is extremely friendly and the rooms are always clean. The beds are very comfortable, just like being home. Thank you to sweet Alex who made my mother-in-law's day by bringing her a yogurt before bed (she forgot hers at home). Kudos to the kindness of this sweet staff!!! We will be back!

I travel and stay with Hilton often. With this stay I had a small issue with the door lock losing battery power, but the staff was completely professional and addressed it immediately, to include the GM coming in late evening to assure everything was taken care of. Thank you. I will stay again, with travels back to Appleton.
