I originally booked this hotel based on Trip advisor's rating (#1) and we were very pleasantly surprised that all the things said about this little gem were very true.
Starting with the personnel welcome (shout out to Dave & Osmara), following to an incredibly spacious, spotless room full of details to make your stay very comfortable. Hotel is located, I feel, in an strategic area. We used the Hotel transfer service (Thanks Ernesto!) that made our arrival very pleasant.
During our check-in, we mentioned we were celebrating out 27th anniversary... We went out and when we came back, we found treats congratulating us, with a balloon with # 27 and a nice letter by Dave wishing us well! Little details like that make me say, I am already so looking forward to go back!!!

Our excellent experience in the amazing Gran Hotel Ciudad de Mexico in a suite overlooking the Zocalo prompted us to book the Isaaya Hotel Boutique, which is owned by the same group, to experience another area of Mexico City staying in the heart of the city.
Isaaya Hotel Boutique offered great value spacious modern accommodation with a terrace and friendly personal service.
We had an issue with the water supply one morning and the Isaaya team apologised for the inconvenience with chocolate covered strawberries, sparkling wine and rose petals which was a nice gesture.
The location next to the WTC with easy access to Condessa, Roma, Zona Rosa, Coyacan, Polanco etc gave us another perspective of life in Mexico City away from the historic center.
