Amazing Staff and Food

I was traveling to La Paz for a dive trip and decided to spend the day in Mexico for the holiday! The staff was amazing very helpful as I was traveling solo. They made my stay feel like a dream. They gave all their guest an offering for the holiday so that we could feel apart of. The room service was fantastic. (It was raining at dinner time so I stayed in) all around wonderful stay 24 hrs is not enough time for Mexico City

Great location near Chapultepec Park. Clean and very large rooms, great pool and spa area. The large gym is exceptional, absolutely one of the best hotel gyms we’ve ever used anywhere in the world. Exceptional service in the restaurant for breakfast. We got to know servers Diego and Victor very well the first couple of days and they were extremely attentive and helpful. The next couple days were were in Juan Garcia and Mauricio’s section and also received exceptional service and great recommendations for our trip. These 4 are exceptional servers. Overall the property is an excellent choice.
