We stopped of in Dubai travelling from Perth WA to Glasgow, our aim was to arrive back in Scotland free from jet lag and it served its purpose.
Our trusted travel agent chose for us this fabulous hotel situated on West Palm and we were not to be disappointed by the excellence of food and service provided. Although its location we thought was a little remote from the central area of Dubai they did provide a consistent well managed taxi service and of course a courtesy bus to take us to various locations.
The constant heat made it difficult for us to go walking but we chose instead to remain on the hotel’s private beach where we were well looked after by the very attentive team providing outstanding service.
We were offered an upgraded room on our arrival which we declined, but were happy with the room already nominated for us. Our room was serviced regularly to a high standards by team members who worked to maximum efficiency always enquiring of our well being, this we appreciated.
We dined within the Imperium for our week and were not to be disappointed by the enormous display of food choices representing many differing cultures which we greatly appreciated and new tastes were discovered and enjoyed. If we had a point to note it would be regarding the bottled water served in the restaurant which we had to pay for but in rooms and pool/beach side it was free, we noted many clients bringing their needed water into the restaurant which did not seem right!!
Nevertheless, our stay was memorable and
we have and will be recommending this fabulous establishment to anyone we know.
