Had a great stay. Initial issue with computer. Gave Us free breakfast as a result. Staff at dinner was great. Breakfast was very good. The room was clean and serviceable. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

I booked a room block with this hotel for my wedding, and it was an absolute nightmare. Many of my guests had trouble booking their rooms, which caused several of them to choose different hotels. Not only was the block cut off before the deadline or capacity stated in my contract (and therefore communicated on our invitations), the front desk staff was rude as well. When I went to check in, they could not find my reservation. Turns out it was under the wrong name, even though the entire block was in my name (?). This individual was rude to several other people in the group as well. My room itself was nice, but the toilet was dirty when we arrived. I’m honestly embarrassed that I chose this hotel for the room block when there are so many others on the same stretch of Route 17.
