Dirty kitchens and bathrooms

Oh my god! I was so thrilled when I found out this hotel rooms had kitchens. I was all prepared to cook light meals after work but I was so disappointed when I saw the maintenance of these rooms. Keep in mind, I upgraded to a bedroom suite and was disappointed. Dirty kitchen, not clean or tidy and dishes were stained. How are we supposed to use it then lol even the bathrooms are not clean. How is this part of Hilton lol I'm ashamed of my choice especially when it wasnt cheap either.

Dirty rooms (not properly cleaned and one day they did not even show up).
Poor internet (connect and disconnects at random).
Exercise room had broken equipment for the whole 7 day stay.
Breakfast and Evening reception food is low quality, carbohydrate ladden.
