Overview

This is a massive, 938-room, large-scale casino and resort in Reno. There are over a dozen room choices; however, all come standard with 32-inch TV with pay movies, iron/board, hairdryer and private voice mail. Rooms go up in price with amenities from there. There are seven onsite restaurants, a 60,000-square-foot casino and headline entertainment. There is a salon, spa, fitness center, and for the kiddos, Harrah’s giant outdoor swimming pool, open seasonally.

Seafood Buffet

So delicious and they even do the crab legs warm. Thank you for being patient with all of us who kept coming back for more. The server was quick to refill the crab legs. All stations stayed fresh and replenished

Employees made it

I was a little disappointed in the room condition and the fighting outside of the casino.. but with that being said the employees are just so extremely nice and helpful. The gift store lady was so nice and I was impressed with her..
The diamond host checked me in and offered coffee and pastry .. answered all my questions... Before I left for my room she made sure we had coffee pot and refrigerator in my room, and I am not even a diamond player
I just wanted to give your employees kudos as I was a hotel manager and it was a pleasure seeing how important their job is to them... Thank you so much for your employees.. making my trip
