Typical HI Express.

Your typical HI Express. Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Indoor pool and hot tub. Nice beds and pillows. Full breakfast in the AM. Located on the main drag near the center of Kanab. Kanab is a great place to stay while visiting the area.

Not so family friendly

If you have kids; dont stay here. Seriously, go elsewhere. The walls and floors are poorly insulated. You will either be bothered by the noises of others or others will be bothered by the noises of you. I pulled out the sofa bed and two minutes later the front desk called and said our room had been noisy. My room wasn't noisy. I had pulled out the sofa bed at 8:45pm(we're on Michigan time)to go to bed . All I could think of for other noise was that
my kids had been laughing in front of the tv.
I read other reviews that said noise was a problem. I have traveled all over the world and stayed in hotels and NEVER did I receive a call from the front desk that my room was noisy. Holiday Inn has an epic fail in this place. My IHG cardmember status is looking less appealing by the minute. I wish I hadn't booked my room here.
I think the fact that they have to post quiet hours clearly demonstrates that
this facility understands that they have a problem with noise. The guests are not noisy, the hotel has poor quality construction.
