This is a great location, close to subway to travel to all of the different areas. Walking distance for a lot as well. The staff is excellent and friendly, one of them even went out of her way to go outside and help me get my car parked! There is a sweet restaurant/bar right across the street I recommend to unwind at the end of the day. The restaurants inside the hotel were all being renovated so I cannot comment on that. We ordered room service from the local place they use and it was really good and quick. One of our items was wrong and they just credited our bill - no quest asked!
The room was small and faced the alleyway..but it was comfortable. Not a luxury Hilton but clean. We weren't there much anyway. The only thing that I really was disappointed in was the parking. They have self parking and valet but there is no signage when you get there so you pull up in front of the building and have no idea where you are supposed to go? The streets are crowded so its very nerve wrecking...If you arrive, you can pull directly in by the door to check in and from there you will be told where to park or get valet. prices are about 45-60.00 and you pay a fee to take it out and in again. You should prob avoid this. Weekend street parking is free but if you don't move your car before 7 am Monday it WILL have a ticket for 115.00! I have the ticket. So I feel that the parking is the biggest issue here, the stay was comfortable and clean.

Spent two nights - total cost was $670 with parking, so price was OK. Location isn’t bad - near several subway lines. Staff is nice. Clean.
Rooftop restaurant and bar is closed. Get that, but at least put up a vat of coffee in the lobby in the interim. Room had minibar stocked with a can of coke, nuts and KitKats. Either stock in properly or remove it. Carpet in room seemed new, but it wasn’t laid right. Bed was not great.
Hotel could be much better with fairly minor fixes and attention to detail.
