The city’™s oldest seafood restaurant is also touted by locals as the best seafood restaurant. Centrally located in the Old City near Temple Bar, but away from the area’s touristy craziness, the lower floor of the “Lord Ed” is a pub where everyone knows your name, but with the kids, head to the side door and the upper floors for a dinner of fresh seafood, including fish stew, lobster, salmon, prawns, sole and sea trout. The menu is extensive, but doesn’t offer much for landlubbers, if the kids don’t like seafood.
