I arrived with my two dogs and child with special needs in tow. Michelle was a GEM and helped me get the tons of luggage, dogs, and daughter up to our 5th floor room.
The room was very clean and spacious (ADA room).
The elevator on the west end was kinda wonky and scared the crap out of my dogs, (me too for that matter),....but the one on the east end was a quieter and smoother ride.
If we need to return to the area again without our 5th wheel, we'll stay here again and again!!

I am now a little surprised by the extra high ratings. I booked the room based on TripAdvisor's ratings, but I certainly was not overly impressed. The breakfast was nothing exceptional and not varied at all. Facility was very clean but especially noisy on the particular weekend we were there. The door to our room was left ajar after it was made up, leaving our belongings susceptible to theft. I know this was an accident but was extremely concerning when we got back to the room after being gone all day. I would give all restaurant and front-desk employees a 5. I had to change my reservation from three nights to two and the price per day went up quite a bit making the value less satisfactory. There were several restaurants within walking distance which was nice in not having to drive somewhere.
