Great location for tourist attractions, shopping,restaurants,easy hikes. The hotel was pet friendly and my dog was happy to travel with us. I loved the choices at the complimentary breakfast buffet. Great value for a quick get away!

When we arrived to the hotel I asked if I could pay in cash.I as told sure. In the morning when I checked my bank statement I saw that the funds were withdrawn. I went to the front desk and asked if I could have the cash back that I payed. I was told that their was nothing that could be done and to call management after 3:00.We came up for one night and were planning on holiday shopping.
I called the Hilton Honors customer service and the representative TRANSFERRED me back to the hotel. Seriously..... the same women was on the phone that was completely useless....
I was frustrated with the lack of communication and understanding and embarrassed....
The front desk clerk ended up giving me the cash back. I felt as tho she made sure everyone in the area knew what was going on.
In addition...
We don't travel much. When we do its the Hilton brand. Last month was two nights in Chicago. I really wish it had played out differently.
