we chose this place as it was a Choice hotel and we have had some really good ones under this banner.
On arrival we had a very nice welcome and the reception area was lovely and bright and it is also wherebyou have your breakfast, which was a really good choice from hot to cold and sweet to savoury.
One nifht we had a very heavy rainfall and we woke to the sound of water pouring in through the inside of the window. We had to use t he waste paper bins to collect the water and to stop it going into the A/C unit.
I went to reception and was told that no one was on tonight to help so we could change rooms which I said yes to. I was told that I would be called when they have sorted one out. £ hours later, nothing. we fell asleep and in thr morning we again reported it. we were given a suite for our last night. However, once in it smelt of damp and the carprt was soaking. We endured this for our last night.
I did the hotel survey online and my reply was ' sorry you were disapointed and we hope your next experience will be better'. Sorry, you will have to do better than that.
