This Fairfield Inn & Suites is a very nice, clean property. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our room appeared to be a recent update as it didn't show any signs of ageing. We also enjoyed the included breakfast buffet available in the lobby dining area.
I was also impressed with the convenient location. We were traveling to a few destinations in Southwest Florida and this hotel had easy access to I-75, a major interstate highway.

In 3 weeks have stayed at 6 Marriott Properties..some Springwood Suites but mostly Fairfields. This Fairfield is by far the best out of all.
Perfect location, right off I-75..easy on and off. Contrary to other reviews, we noted no expressway noise and our room was situated near the ramp! From our observation, this hotel is staffed by mature women with excellent communication and customer skills. They will do anything to make your stay the best. These ladies are always cleaning, spraying down the front desk, etc. Their pride and work ethic shows. The facility is spotless! The beds are so comfortable..loved them. This Fairfield has an outside pool and whirlpool. The pool is small but no problem, as I prefer spas.. so relaxing after traveling. Even though the pool area is near the parking, it has green foliage surrounding it. This gives one a tropical feeling and also shade. Even on a 95 degree day it was enjoyable. The main breakfast area also has seating on an outdoor patio. The breakfast was excellent. Canadian bacon, turkey sausage, eggs, cheese omelettes were done just right. Charlie and Jenn cooked and served breakfast. It truly was the best breakfast out of all 6 Marriotts! The only drawback to this hotel, there is only one room that offers a wheelchair accessible shower. If this is needed, call ahead to make sure it is available before booking. Would fully recommend this hotel..you will not find a cleaner hotel, nicer folks nor a better complimentary breakfast then the Venice Fairfield Inn.
