A five-star resort located on a 147-acre peninsula overlooking Banderas Bay, Paradise Village Beach Resort & Spa has much to offer families on vacation. There are two lagoon-style pools with waterfalls and crocodile-shaped slides, a semi-Olympic pool, two Jacuzzis, a golf course, water sports and tennis. Of course, you can enjoy ATV tours, horseback riding, hiking tours, swimming with dolphins, scuba diving and more in close proximity to the hotel. Talk with the Tour Desk staff to book your excursions. Don’t forget the eight restaurants serving up a variety of cuisines for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They were all so helpful. We needed a replacement electric scooter as the airline wouldn’t ship our battery when we got on the plane. Evelyn, the concierge, and Guadalupe, the bellman, assisted us in getting a replacement scooter.

Almost every area of the resort is under construction. No advance notice and when speaking to the management all you get is a big “I’m sorry“ and a smile and no results!
The lap pool was closed along with the spa and the workout areas
When walking through the resort you need to walk around orange cones and construction vehicles
However the worst part is the management saying come back tomorrow and we’ll talk about it
We returned Time after time to speak to the next person. Spent a great deal of time waiting with no results
Not the way you would want to spend your vacation
