It was my first time in Puerto Vallarta and my first time in Mexico . I wanted to stay in the Romantic Zone. I chose this hotel based on reviews and it was in my price range. I chose a room with a balcony and was given one on the 2nd floor facing Francisco I Madero . It was noisy until midnight but didn't affect my sleeping. I had ear plugs but didn't use them. The hotel is an older but well kept .The room had a comfortable bed, new t.v., dresser , large closest and a chair. It was well light and had a ceiling fan. The bathroom had a shower with sliding door. A little smaller. All the plumbing worked well.I would run the shower for 2 minutes and hot water would come. The maid was very friendly and did a good job. Front desk staff very helpful. They charge a 100MXP for a t.v. remote deposit which was returned on check-out. The hotel has many repeat customer and I will be one.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. For an economy hotel, the service was friendly and suited our needs. Having the balcony was really nice. We would be pleased to book this hotel again for our next visit.
