The bed and bathroom appeared to be very clean and well cared for overall. The needed amenities were there. For a small room that is often used for just a quick stay before or after a flight, it had more than needed. It seemed that a Frig., Micro-wave, ironing board and safe took up extra space and was unnecessary to the room.
The floor was not vacuumed well, if at all, and minor chips, holes and fuzz on the wall needed to be dealt with. It is an older motel but with a bit more care in maintenance and cleaning it would be more than acceptable.
The bed was comfortable and the heater was was just a bit loud, about average. It was just fan noise, no weird sounds that might become disturbing. It worked very well.
Drop off and pick up from the airport was fine. The price was very low in comparison to others in the area.

This property is old and tired and by right, should be totally refurbished/renovated. The carpeting and flooring underneath were years past their usable lifetime in both the public areas and guest rooms. But, it still served its purpose of a room overnight. Location was good. :)
