Overview

Located in the heart of downtown, this contemporary, sleek Courtyard Marriott will serve budget-conscious families who want to stay right in the city. Onsite features include an indoor pool, fitness center, steam room, whirlpool and rooftop terrace. Purchase continental or hot breakfast from the onsite restaurant, Le Darlington Steakhouse, which also serves lunch and dinner and offers a children’s menu. Adults can enjoy a drink at the bar or during happy house. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available, but self-parking surcharges apply. Rooms come in several configurations, including a standard guestroom with two queen beds or a king and sofa bed, mini-fridge and coffee/tea service. Or choose a One-Bedroom Suite with a king bed, sofa bed, living room and mini-fridge. Cribs are permitted but rollaways are not, so ask about adjoining rooms for larger families. All rooms come with a mini-fridge, digital safe and Keurig coffee/tea station.

Great location - 1st visit to Montreal

I really enjoyed my stay at the Courtyard Montreal Downtown. It was about 15-20 minutes drive from YUL airport to the hotel (Uber cost me about CAD36 to get to hotel and CAD45 from hotel to YUL using Taxi). The room was spacious although it could use better lighting inside. Large bathroom, small fridge, coffee maker, and free bottled water. The hotel is quiet since they are pretty strict with enforcing the quite time i.e. after 10pm. Although the construction outside did create some noise in the morning. There is laundry at this hotel, 2CAD per wash. The gym is up on the top floor so very nice view when you workout. Small pool but seems clean.

Awesome location! Less than 10 minutes walk to Chinatown and even less to go to old town. About 10 minutes walk in another direction gets you to a mall and more eating places. Perfect for my business trip where I didn't have much sigthseeing plan but was really interested in having good foods.

The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. I had 1 breakfast at the restuarant, it was only ok. You're better off going out for breakfast and other meals.

1st visit to Montreal

Very pleased with the Courtyard Montreal Downtown. A very clean, stylish and spacious room. The staff were attentive and friendly. We took the Amtrak from NY Penn station to Montreal, a 11 hour train ride so wanted a hotel close enough to the Gare Central Station in Montreal...and sure enough it was only about a 4 block walk from the station. The hotel is nicely situated within walking distance or a short taxi ride to Old Town, museums, and fine restaurants. Very pleased, will definitely return.
