I am traveling with two colleagues. Unwittingly, my colleague and I double booked a room. No problemo. Rosalyn, the front desk clerk, took care of the deletion without issue. And, PS, she upgraded all of us to suites! Hoteliers, take note, We will be returning to Indy multiple times over the next three years, Because of the fab customer service, we will only stay here. And it doesn't hurt that there is a McCormick and Schmick in the lobby. Well appointed, large rooms with fab staff. And close to everything downtown.

We were visiting family and decided to stay at the Hilton. I am a Diamond member and stay in Hilton’s all over the world 125+ nights a year. Comparatively speaking this Hilton is average or below average compared with other Hilton’s, not including the other chains in the brand such as Embassy, Homewood, etc. On the plus side, the rooms are a nice size and ours was clean and comfortable. It is centrally located and easy walking distance to many downtown Indy locations. The staff was friendly. On the negative side the decor is a bit dated. There was a bit of a musty smell when we first walked in the room, but the heat was on so perhaps it was just that. They don’t have an executive lounge nor really any other amenities that they offered me as a Diamond member. The bar closes at 10PM on a Friday night...really? It is only 4 or 5 blocks to another bar but when it’s winter and 20 degrees out it would be nice not to have to venture out. All in all an ok place to stay with a friendly staff. Also the attached 120 West bar and grill has good food but the service is SLOW! 35 minutes to get a cheeseburger and fries.
