From start to finish, my experience with the staff at the Holiday Inn Indianapolis Airport was superb. Ramone was exceptional. He was professional and attentive to detail in every respect; he and his assistant, Brian, were prompt in their delivery of meals, refreshments and coffee service; Ramone was helpful with our audio needs and came to the rescue on several occasions. We conducted a business meeting the night before our conference and ordered dinner from Burger Theory. The Cobb Salad was delicious. My husband accompanied me for the weekend and enjoyed several meals in the restaurant. Our personal accommodations were clean and comfortable. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. Aliyah was my contact for the banquet and conference room arrangements. She was extremely helpful and attentive to detail, assisting me with food and beverage selections as well as conference room layout and audio-visual provisions. The hotel is easy to access. The only complaint I have is that there was another conference in the room next to ours. The room divider is not well insulated and the volume of the speaker in the next room was so loud that it interfered with our speaker's presentation. Definitely a problem. Management should attend to this issue.
