Always our favourite place to stay when visiting Quebec. Staff was very accommodating when we had to cancel our 2nd nights stay due to a pending snowstorm. Very impressed with the newly renovated rooms and decor ???? We will definitely be back in the near future.

As an IHG member I always select to go to holiday in hotels ...
this time it was the worst trip i ever had and will never go to this hotel location again.
The hotel is perfect as it looks very new but it lack safety at least in the shower Which is very slippery. I fell in the shower on my back and was taken by the ambulance to the hospital since the shower is very slippery. When I asked the hotel staff why there is no matt, he said yes we have matt under the sink behind the towels. When I said is this is normal to do that, he said not everybody needs it, so we keep it if someone asked. Instead there is a towel you can put on the floor. Which we just running the shampoo it is like a skating rink. Anyway, I was taken to hospital for two days and with the negligence and disrespect from the hotel, they kept calling the hospital while I am in the ER to know what they should do with my belongings. How rude this is! I told them I will extend my stay and pay for it since I am not allowed to take a plane home. So now I have a back fracture and going through an operation. Beside all the this some of the staff are rude and specially the breakfast lady who pushed the guests to fill the plates with overcooked / burnt ham or watery scrambled eggs. I am going again to Quebec but this time never to this peace of unprofessional, negligent and unsafe hotel..
