Most staff does not care about needs of paying customers or the cleaniness of the rooms. We noticed a fire starting in a planter in front of the main door. As we were going back and forth with little glasses of water to put it out they stared and watched and did not have a care in the world and couldn't even say thank you, instead gave us a hard time saying the sercurity guard did not see what ws going on as he was staring at us thru the door

This place is surrounded by college bars, which is fun until you want to call it a night. I could clearly hear every song from my bed and the bass was shaking the room. If there was a heads up prior booking that there is so much noise I might have reconsidered. It wasn’t until check in when we were warned of the bars and noise. Ear plugs and white noise machines were available. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth paying regular price for such a subpar experience
